1. Your booking will only be deemed to have been made upon full payment of the appropriate fee. Places cannot be guaranteed for anyone who has not made a booking unless with the prior agreement of the organisers.

2. By making a booking you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:-

A. We cannot be held liable for any damage to or loss of your personal property.

B. You attend an event at your own risk. We undertake appropriate risk assessment for every event & location however we cannot accept liability for any accident or injury however caused. You are therefore advised to obtain any appropriate insurance/s you may feel you require to cover yourself, your property & belongings.

C. We can accept no responsibility for your travel & accommodation, nor will it normally be possible to offer a refund in the event that you are unable to attend. In such circumstances we will normally strive to offer you a place on a suitable alternative event however, this may not always be possible.

D. In the event that we have to cancel to event we will endeavour to contact you directly and at your discretion re-book you onto a suitable alternative event or provide a full refund of the fee.

E. Events are held at locations provided by 3rd parties and as such we cannot be held responsible for any actions or problems at the location that are beyond our control. Should any action or problem caused by the location significantly affect the running of the event we limit our liability to providing an alternative booking or a refund of your booking fee only.

F. You will be expected to fully abide by all the requirements of the location & the event, this may at times include restrictions on access and facilities plus specific Health & Safety requirements. 

Should any action on your part cause disruption to the event or cause you to be removed by the location or ourselves your booking will immediately be deemed to be cancelled &  will not be entitled to any refund of the booking fee or permitted to book on any future events run by ourselves.

G. Your statutory rights are not affected.

* Important Note

Periodically, we may alter our prices (up & down). In cases where a booking has been made at a higher price we will normally provide a voucher for the difference between the original amount paid and the actual cost. When a booking has been made at a lower price we will normally not request any additional payment.

The voucher offer does not apply to 'one-off', last minute & other special offer prices.
